Sets the minimum time between solar flares to 95 days.
Sets the minimum time between eclipses to 24 days.
Sets the minimum time between heat waves or cold snaps to 65 days.

Reduces the chances of a single animal attack to 1% (psychic drone animal attack is unchanged).

Solar Flares will try to affect all loaded maps! This will fail on individual maps if solar flare is already active there, or longitude of a loaded map is above 12S and below 12N degrees.

Malaria and plague outbreaks will not happen during the first year.
Malaria and plague outbreaks will also affect a smaller number of colonists. It used to be 0.5 and now it’s 0.33 instead.
