Applies some automatic selection for potential new colonists.
Chased Refugee: If the target colony has zero population or your colony contains less than 75% colonists who are able to fight, this event will not fire.
Wanderer Joins, Escape Pod: If your colony contains less than 75% colonists who are able to fight, the new person must be able to fight.
Escape Pod: There is a chance for the pod to land safely. If this happens at a colony with zero population the refugee will automatically join, otherwise you will have to persuade them with a steel club to the head.
If it is difficult to grow food outdoors and the colony does not yet have the Hydroponics research and an indoor area with a sun lamp, new colonists must be skilled at Construction or Mining or Research. They will also bring food with them.
Finally, if the temperature at your colony is extreme, the newbie will be wearing some gear to help them survive a bit longer.
